Unfortunately, as all of our consumable products are perishable, these items cannot be returned to us unless faulty.Β

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

TEKS Merch ReturnsΒ 
Apparel and Merch items can be returned. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.

Please keep hold of your proof of postage until a refund has been processed.

Process:

  • Ensure all labelling is attached to the item
  • Contact us to request a return slip at info@fuelledbyteks.com.
  • Complete the return slip and include this in your package.
  • Send us the parcel via your preferred courier service (returns address will be included on the return slip)
  • The refund will be processed automatically once we have received the parcel and inspected its condition.Β 

Once refunded, you will receive a notification that this has been processed. Funds usually take 2-5 business days to return to your account.Β
